Welcome my name is Mikael ( Ozzy ) OToole ... I have devoted 45 years of my life to the service of those disenfranchised in our communities, this includes those with mental health challenges, those that suffer socal in economical hardships and those that are homeless and otherwise homeless.
I've created this space in hopes of providing a platform where all can feel welcomed and heard , and to recognize everyone's value in our communities, with that said I welcome everyone ... Mikeal ( Ozzy ) OToole
